Initial Paper Submission for Review (CLOSED):

Original research, tutorial or survey papers are invited for submission by February 1 February 20, 2017 (extended!) using the Easychair conference management system. Please use IEEE double-column format (templates available here), use 'conference style', and A4 paper size (21 by 29,7 cm). There is no page limit as the Workshop record will be distributed on USB flash memory sticks. Six to eight pages is the suggested paper length. Call for papers (PDF version).

Final Accepted Paper Submission:

Final versions of accepted papers should be sent directly to the Program Chair (mmiller@uvic.ca) by the deadline, April 20, 2017. The final paper format should be in A4 paper size (21 by 29.7 cm) and Adobe Acrobat-readable PDF.
NOTE: The Workshop papers will only be distributed to Workshop attendees. The copyright remains with the author.
