Registrations for ISMVL 2013 are through Nippon Travel Agency.

The registration for the symposium covers:

1. Admission to the technical sessions.
2. Conference material, including one Proceedings USB.
3. Coffee breaks and 3 lunches.
4. Welcome reception.
5. Excursion and Banquet.

Important Notes:

• Note to the authors of accepted papers: One author must be registered with the full registration fee (not student fee) by March 8, 2013, in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings.
  If your paper is more than 6 pages (maximum is 8 pages), there is 11,000 Yen extra page fee per page.
  
  
• The advance registration deadline is April 10, 2013 (Japan time: UTC+9). Closed.
• On-site symposium payments will be accepted in Japanese cash only.
• No currency other than Japanese Yen is accepted for symposium related payments.
• Fees of extra tickets are as follows.
  • Extra Reception Ticket 2,000 Yen
  • Extra Lunch Ticket 500 Yen
  • Extra Banquet Ticket 4,000 Yen
  • Extra Excursion Ticket (including lunch) 3,000 Yen
