Author Registration
The author registration fee mainly includes
- publication of a paper at the proceedings and IEEE Xplore
- access to the online proceedings
- lunches, and coffee breaks for all days
- the welcome reception and the banquet
Note for Authors of Accepted Papers:
For each paper (up to 6 pages length), at least
one author MUST register in the AUTHOR category for
publication in the proceedings.
Two more extra pages are allowed with the payment of extra page charge.
The author registration deadline is April 18,
2025 (EST).

Cancel & Refund
Cancellation Policy:
Your registration fees for ISMVL 2025 can be refunded except for a cancellation
fee of 20% from May 19 to May 25, 2025 with the following
exception:
AUTHOR Registration CANNOT be cancelled unless the paper is withdrawn.
After May 25, 2025, registration fees cannot be refunded.
The refunds will be processed after 16th June, 2025.
